It has become apparent that delivering services under the Green Deal initiative, due this October, will be anything but straightforward. Technical competence in installing the relevant technologies will not be enough to meet the complex requirements of the scheme. Robust business processes around the surveying, quoting, installation and commissioning of the technologies will be required. On the other hand, there will be significant rewards for companies that can take advantage of the opportunities that the Green Deal presents.
